Job Description

Responsibility:

1. To provide administrative assistance and operation support such as paper work like filing, scanning and answer phone calls etc.

2. Do the staff claims and other things manager assigned.

3. Stationary supplies and pantry items, maintain office equipment well.

4. Meeting support such as prepare paper and others.

5. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Benefit:

Can provide training.

Full time position.

Working hours: 9AM 6PM Monday to Friday

Basic salary + AWS and other allowance

Have festival gift etc.

Job requirement:

Min diploma or above with paralegal / accountant / business / administration etc major.

Have related working experience in related field.

Meticulous, pro-active, good team player and able to work in fast pace environment.

Singapore Citizen or PR only
