Job Description
a) Perform customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk- in enquries/ requests from students, visitors, parents and suppliers in the General Office (this include going to the classrooms to bring the pupils down to the General Office or vice versa)
b) Manage lost and found items
c) Managing sickbay records and taking care of medically unwell students, providing basic first aid to injured students, liaising with students and their parents/guardians
d) Manage delivery of items (such as label the items, updating records, bring the delivery man to the storage place, follow up with items e.g. delivery orders)
e) Perform simple administrative and office work (e.g. prepare/verify information/documents, scanning/ faxing/ photocopy/ laminiating documents, managing records) and
f) Assist teachers in prepare teaching materials.
