Job Description:
The APAC l Leasing Operations team consists of 6 Leasing professionals supporting Bank of Americas Leasing business in region. The candidate for this role will be based out of Singapore office supporting primarily the APAC leasing business. The APAC business has grown over the last 10 years and continues to grow. The candidate will be joining a workplace where there is trust, cooperation, safety, accountability, and equity. The team believes in learning & supporting one another at work and at personal level.
Responsibilities:
Ability to read & understand a Credit Approval Memorandum
Responsible for compiling & reviewing documentation prior to Loans/ Lease deals being funded.
Maintain responsibility for accuracy of documentation.
Loading transactions to Leasing / Loan applications
Processing payments to external agents/vendors/ borrowers
Position will work with Credit, Legal, Finance and Marketing personnel within the region to understand requirements and ensure transactions and processes meet required policy standards.
Responsible for maintenance of records
Manage and maintain records of Security Interests filing and discharge.
Responsible for monthly reporting functions and assist in Audits.
Skills:
At least 2 years experience in maintaining accuracy of loan / lease documentation with limited supervision.
Ability to review and understand credit approval reports.
Customer service oriented, proficient level of Problem-solving skill.
Clear, articulate oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word,), highly organized, work well in a Team environment.
