Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform order processing in SAP as per predefined processes
- Validate sales documents ensure it is completeness and compliant to policies
- Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credit notes)
- Monitor open orders and promptly generate escalations to key stakeholders for follow up
- Process sales account tagging in SAP and sales runrate waiver to facilitate sales commission processing
- Perform customer master processing and upkeep records in SAP
- Support processing of application relevant to order processing
- Conduct prompt escalation on contract expiring and expired reports, and disseminate to respective sales teams and BU/divisional heads
- Conduct prompt escalation on services rendered with no valid sales order processed in SAP
- Support and participate in user acceptance testing and data migration assignment
- Gather regular quantitative and qualitative feedback for continuous improvement.
- Generate adhoc reports
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
Skills & Experience
- A good Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Experienced with order management system.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.
- Good interpersonal skill and meticulous in handling assigned task.
- Comfortable with working long hours during peak period when required.
- Proficient in MS Excel
