Job Scope
- Resolve request, issues and handle customer inquiries.
Proactively coordinate with sales team on communicating on customer requirements- Achieve 90% on time delivery for customer requests
Monitor the accounts receivable and inventory level by following up with customers and sales team to ensure on-time payment and fast turnover of inventory
- Update and maintain accurate records on customers status
Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue (phone, online chat, text messages, email)- Providing on job training
Requirement- Minimal prior experience welcomed
6 days off per month
- Ability to converse in both Chinese & English is preferred

Pay: $2,- 00 - $4,200.00 per month
