Job Scope
- Resolve request, issues and handle customer inquiries.
- Proactively coordinate with sales team on communicating on customer requirements
- Achieve 90% on time delivery for customer requests
- Monitor the accounts receivable and inventory level by following up with customers and sales team to ensure on-time payment and fast turnover of inventory
- Update and maintain accurate records on customers status
- Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue (phone, online chat, text messages, email)
- Providing on job training
Requirement
- Minimal prior experience welcomed
- 6 days off per month
- Ability to converse in both Chinese & English is preffered
- Proactive and always seeking new ways to improve yourself and your role
