Responsibilities
1) Assist with job scheduling, inputting of job segments into system.
2) Monitor and coordinate with customers on servicing arrangement.
3) Assist with parts/components identification and place order when parts/components unavailable
4) Perform other administrative task when required.
Requirement
1) At least Secondary/Post Secondary/Technical Certificates qualifications
2) Fresh graduate welcome to apply
3) Singaporean or Singapore PRs preferred
4) Experience with part/component identification for construction equipment will be advantageous
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 will be advantageous
7) Good command of English to communicate with customers and for system-related work
8) On job training will be provided. Candidate to possess positive and willing to
learn attitude
