Job Description

• Sales Support: Assist with quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Order Management: Process orders and track deliveries.
• CRM Management: Update customer records and sales data.
• Client Coordination: Schedule meetings and handle inquiries.
• Documentation: Maintain sales reports and documentation.
• Invoicing: Coordinate billing and follow up on payments.

Requirements

• Prefer candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work in fast-paced environment/ short notice period
• Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people and maintaining a good rapport
