Job Description
- Work closely with the management of the firm in operational and strategic matters. Provide administrative support to office staff, promoting excellence in office operations.
- Assist to organise office schedules, meetings, firm's social activities.
- Post jobs opening, arrange for interviews.
- Organise orientation for new joiners, handle on-boarding process for new joiners.
- Updates staff training records.
- Process claims, staff appraisals, published office memo.
- Raise purchase requisition of office materials, CAPEX.
- Any other office administrative duties.
Requirements
- Proficient oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
- Preferable with minimum 1 year of working experience.
Other Information
- Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm)
- Working Location : Tanjong Pagar
