Assist in liaising with salesperson and customers for any issue with cranes/transport and liaising with workshop department on any repair jobs
Prepare documents and submit applications to relevant parties including but not limited to renewing LM, submitting crane documents, HDB material list and any other site required submissions
Support day-to-day operations admin task
Assist in the application process for site entry passes
Answers customer incoming calls, night call and/or urgent request if required
Submit claims for all outfield workers & operators (PM, LC, CC, RT, MC)
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager/Management.
Job Requirements
At least GCE O level and above
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination will be added advantage
Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast pace environment
Meticulous with an eye for details and strong team player
