Operation Crew (Funeral Industry)

Up to $2,800 +Allowance + Variable Bonus

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $2,800 with yearly increment based on performance.
• $350 monthly night standby allowance given upon the confirmation
• 6 days work week including Saturday and Sunday (Roster basis)
• Working timings: 8.30am to 4pm

Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Operation Crew located in Lavender. Our client provides funeral service with Utmost Dignity and Respect and you will be responsible for providing support and comfort to bereaved families, handling the collection and transportation of the deceased, and assisting families during funeral rites and rituals. The individual will also be responsible for presenting the eulogy, transporting flowers and logistics for the wake, and maintaining the cleanliness of company vehicles, equipment, and facilities. Ensuring service excellence and projecting a positive, professional image are key aspects of the job. Additionally, the role requires problem-solving and decision-making at the operational level, as well as managing other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Class 3 or 4 driving license
• Use essential features of a computer
