Job Description :-
. Responsible for day-to-day operation and planning manpower allocation based on job requirements
. Arrange logistics for deliveries and provide photo reports for job completion
. Source materials and spare parts as a purchaser when needed
. Proficient in reading drawings for steel and piping work
. Flexible in adapting to changes in job scope
. Inspect and prepare quotations for workshop fabrication, vessel port calls, anchorage work, and
voyage jobs
. Manage production teams and subcontractors for efficient job mobilization
. Prepare project schedules and oversee project activities for timely completion and quality
. Negotiate and liaise with vendors and suppliers for best prices and availability of materials
. Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance
. Monitor project budgets and expenses for cost-effectiveness
. Maintain documentation and records related to project activities and operations
. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements and innovative solutions
. Foster teamwork and effective communication to create a positive work environment
. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations for a safe working environment
Requirements :-
. Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent
. Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
. Quick learners who take ownership of diverse projects and continuously acquire new skills
. Forward-thinking professionals who seek challenges for self-improvement and assisting others
. Able to travel overseas for Project discussion and management
. Have driving license is a bonus
. Fresh Graduate is welcome
