Operation Executive cum Driver

Job Description

• Attend to customers requests for servicing requests, breakdowns, and accidents through various channels, in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to establish the service or repair needs for their vehicles.
• Follow-up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
• Provide accurate and valid information with appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle customers requirements and complaints.
• Collection/returning vehicle to the customer after servicing/repair.
• Upkeeping of company's fleet of vehicles.
• Assist with Ad-Hoc jobs as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 license and 2 years of driving experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Singaporean Only.
