Job Description

  1. Source for quotation for materials and services
  2. Preparation of subcontractor's/ supplier's procurement and payments
  3. Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
  4. Costing, estimation and measurement of quantities
  5. Assist in project claims, variation orders & cost control
  6. Material orders & project documentations.
  7. Project administration
  8. Ability to draw in AutoCad will be advantageous.
  9. Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers and coordination
  10. Helping out in Accounts - Invoicing, Payments, Emailing Quotation, etc.
  11. Office Administration - Ordering office and operational supplies, processing & filing of documents, Handles Incoming/outgoing correspondence effectively
  12. Other adhoc duties assigned for time to time
