Assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, while training and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee facility maintenance and inspections
• Manage contractors and report issues
• Handle contracts and budget monitoring
• Ensure fire safety and compliance
• Supervise operations assistants
• Support process improvements
• Respond to emergencies after hours
