We are representing a global leader in search for a Operations Executive (Korean Vertical)

A dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Operation Executive for the Korean Channel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for user growth and engagement in the financial or trading industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective conversion plans and strategies tailored to platform characteristics and objectives.
• Utilize a variety of operational tools, activities, and strategies to enhance key performance metrics. Employ a data-driven approach to monitor user behavior changes and make timely adjustments or create new strategies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Translator for a leading organisation to lead the Korean Channel vertical. Proficiency in Korean is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in user operations or user growth within a leading exchange, financial institution, or trading industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen sensitivity to numbers, capable of identifying issues through data analysis and proposing effective solutions.
