Operation Executive

This position reports to the Director. The Operations executive manages supply chain logistics, oversees procurement, optimizes inventory, coordinates distribution, ensures quality control, and analyzes data for efficiency and profitability improvements. They collaborate with teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction through effective management of the supply chain.

Job Description

Individual to be involved in:
1. Manage the end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory control, and distribution logistics.
2. Oversee sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure timely acquisition of goods at competitive prices.
3. Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs while ensuring adequate stock levels to meet demand.
4. Coordinate transportation and warehousing activities to optimize distribution channels and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
5. Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the supply chain to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction.
6. Utilize data analytics to identify operational inefficiencies, forecast demand trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

1. Proficiency in coordinating and optimizing supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution, to ensure efficient operations.
2. Ability to implement and manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
3. Expertise in logistics coordination, including transportation management and warehouse operations, to streamline distribution channels.
4. Skill in developing and executing procurement strategies, including supplier negotiation and contract management, to secure cost-effective goods and services.
5. Knowledge of quality control principles and practices to maintain product integrity and meet customer expectations.
6. Ability to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
