Manage customer interactions regarding forecasts, purchase orders, and shipment schedules (Asia Pacific, China, India), ensuring efficient execution of processes.
Collaborate closely with planners to guarantee timely product availability, aligning with customer demand and forecasts.
Oversee all aspects of new product SKUs, including artwork and customer complaints.
Plan and procure stock based on fresh demand and current inventory levels.
Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate shipments according to scheduled call-offs.
Work with the Quality Control team and vendors to resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
Prepare and present monthly reports, including sales rebates, spending data and metrics.
Facilitate coordination among Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure seamless order delivery.
Utilize Pluto and SAP systems to generate sales and purchase contracts.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Logistics/Shipping
Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
