JOB TITLE: Operation Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of operations of international marketing department, ensuring that the daily operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, distributors, suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitoring the operation performance of the department and providing regular reports to senior management.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that operational procedures and work processes align with overall business objectives.
Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure that operational targets are met.
Plan and manage logistics to ensure delivery are on schedule.
Keep track of quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with the data storage system.
Responsible in daily operations of warehouse including stock replenishment, receiving, stock keeping, order processing, picking of goods and distribution.
To monitor and ensure warehouse service levels, delivery performance and inventory target are met. Otherwise, to take actions to address operation bottleneck and shortfalls.
To coordinate and monitor for any value-added activities such as repacking, stickering, stock conversion, etc. Ensure that it is done accordingly to the correct guidelines and completed according to the agreed timeline.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with the data storage system.
Responsible to schedule & follow up work results pertaining to stock delegation, delivery, shipping and re-assigning.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, warehouse, and workstations neat; maintaining a clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Any ad-hoc task assigned by immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Management/ Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of working experiences in a similar capacity.
Exposure in the MLM Industry would be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Required language: English, Mandarin
Additional Work Details:
- Location - Pacific Tech Centre, Jalan Timor (Accessible via the bus-stops with close proximity to the building. The two MRT stations close to the building are Redhill and Queenstown station).
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday. (From 10am - 7pm) 1 hour lunch.
- Saturday Compulsory OT (Alternate) (10-7pm)
- Package: Basic Salary (44 hours + 4 hours OT - Saturday)
- Flat Rate SGD20/hour for Saturday OT for those above SGD2,800.00 SGD3,000.00.

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
