Operation Executive - Petrochemical

Our client, a leading force in the oil & gas industry, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operator to oversee logistics and operations, providing vital support to traders in the dynamic world of Petrochemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cargo operations to ensure smooth processes and reduce downtime.
• Plan and oversee the loading and unloading of petrochemicals, following safety and environmental rules.
• Work closely with shipping agents, terminal operators, and other partners to ensure efficient cargo movement.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading.
• Keep accurate records of cargo movements, quantities, and quality details.
• Coordinate with vessel captains, port authorities, and others involved in cargo operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies or relevant fields with 2 years of experience in cargo operation
• Experienced with petrochemicals is a plus
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess good planning and organizing skills
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
