We are seeking a detail-oriented, committed and proactive Operations Executive to support their teams (Project, Steel, Machines, and Transport) in optimizing processes, coordinating activities, and ensuring the successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle walk-in enquiries and preparation of quotation and obtain confirmation.
2. Ensure smooth daily operation of assigned department.
3. Optimise resources for maximum revenue.
4. Record, maintain and submission of documents.
5. Prepare of reports and/or inventory record for management.
6. Contribute ideas or process for the improvement of company operations.
7. Coordination with customers and suppliers.
8. Certification of suppliers invoices.
9. Ensure sales invoices are duly done.
10. Other ad-hoc assignments by management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma and above

2. Work Experience: min 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role in construction industry

3. Skills:

a. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

b. Fluent in mandarin and English.

c. Able to work under pressure and during non-office hours.

d. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

4. Attributes:

a. Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.

b. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

c. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Remuneration Details:

. Basic salary starting from $3,500/mth

. Office working hours (9.00am - 5.00pm)

. Annual Leave 14 days

. 2x bonus per year: Mid-Year-Bonus (Jun) & Year-End-Bonus
