Responsibilities
. Manage the daily operations of the site, including office space, environment, and administrative affairs such as shuttle buses, cafeteria services, cleaning, etc., while taking responsibility for on-site service outcomes.
. Oversee matters related to office leasing, renovation, relocation, and cleaning to meet the needs of business units, and support external client visits to promote business opportunities.
. Manage suppliers on a daily basis, conducting regular evaluations and assessments to improve the quality of on-site operations.
. Coordinate routine welfare activities, such as sports clubs, to enhance employee satisfaction with the working environment.
. Handle budget planning and adjustments for daily administrative expenses, analyze costs, and propose effective measures to optimize and reduce expenditures.
. Maintain effective communication with business units and external stakeholders (e.g., government agencies, vendors, and clients).
. Address temporary or unexpected issues on-site with flexibility and efficiency.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
. Strong communication and coordination skills, with clear logical thinking and the ability to integrate resources.
. Excellent learning ability and adaptability, proactive thinker, and self-motivated.
. Strong service orientation and team spirit, with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of internal customers.
. Proficiency in Chinese is required as this role requires frequent internal collaboration with Chinese-speaking colleagues in HQ.
