OPERATION MANAGER

We are seeking an Operations Manager specializing in the electrical sector. The Operations Manager will be located in El Paso, TX and is the primary lead for the production of switchboards. The responsibilities of the Operations Manager include developing strategic direction and leading key manufacturing processes to ensure production objectives are met according to safety, quality, and customer requirements.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000 per year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Operations Manager will:

• Support the operation's strategic plan by providing specific product designs into finished products that meet customer order requirements, product quality standards, and product delivery commitments
• Serve as the tactical liaison between the Plant Manager and Production Supervisors while leading others in achieving organizational goals
• Lead the effort to build a team from the ground up as operations in El Paso get started
