The Operations Manager actively manages and directs company programmes and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between the company and the customer. The Operations Manager involves in planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier's contact and customer relations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites under your charge.
Plan, develop work schedules and ensure that they are carried out accordingly as per our contract service.- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for safety and quality.
Audit and maintain inventory, supplies and equipment.
- Investigate and promote use of equipment and suggested methods of work improvement.
Review customer service requests to ensure quality and priority.- Analyse and facilitate budgets to identify area of cost savings and improvement.
Ensure work sites meet budgeted goals.
- Coordinate programme specifications and requirements for proposals and contracts.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with local regulations such as, WSH, MOM and NEA etc.- Act as liaison among company, customers, employees, and subcontractors.
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors; maintain current database of contracts and contractor status.
- Conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely and effective communication within all levels of the business.
Supervisory work involving assignment and direct supervision of employees in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned areas to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.- Oversee and manage employees concerns and work-related issues
Job Specifications:- Relevant work experience in the Cleaning Industry
Develop new accounts and source new business opportunities
- Customer service, problem solving, schedule management, project management, interviewing, coaching and training skills.
Able to respond to common inquiries or manages customers expectations, liaise with regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general public.
Knowledge of MS Office and other Computer Related Skills.
