Job responsibilities:
- Support director to achieve company mission, vision, values and goals with ideal key employee and manager profile in mind.
- Analysis of P&L and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure all outlets are compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Participate in budget management and budget implementation processes.
- Involved in disciplinary and compliance actions.
Requirements:
- Able to work with tight deadlines to achieve maximum efficiency for the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders such as landlords, suppliers, contractors, vendors, etc.
- Strong operational analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Excellent leadership qualities,
- Familiar with F&B industry.
