Job Description

  • Analyze data to identify relationships, patterns, and trends, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement business continuity strategies, policies, and processes to ensure operational resilience.

  • Establish negotiation frameworks, including policies and defined limits, to drive favorable outcomes.

  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders.
  • Develop a robust service recovery framework to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
  • Champion a culture of service excellence, driving high-quality customer experiences.
  • Leverage creativity to develop original ideas and solutions that reshape goals and reveal new possibilities.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Guide managers in formulating governance strategies and allocating resources effectively.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment while strengthening business relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in F&B operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple outlets, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
  • Strong ability to forecast and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Proven experience in developing business plans and strategies with effective control measures.
  • High analytical acumen to identify trends and opportunities that influence strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders to achieve business KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently.
  • Visionary leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and drive teams to achieve business results.
