Operation Manager (General)

• Manage overall site operations for relocation service.
• Supervise movers as per job requirements for relocation services.
• Conduct operation/manpower planning based on job requirements.
• On-site survey for relocation/storage services.
• Handle incoming calls and attend to email inquiries to manage customer's expectations.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Maintenance of daily operational matters/equipment/vehicles.
• Liaise with customers on job requirements and arrange/coordinate scheduling to customers requests as well as operation requirements.
• Maintain discipline on matters such as punctuality, grooming standards, and attitude.
• Have good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office/Google Sheets) and communication skills.
• Coordinate with warehouse team on storage as well as stuffing and unstuffing of goods
• Review and ensure all invoices are duly submitted for finance processing
• In case of emergency, take up the role of driver for relocation service.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in the Moving Sector and warehouse management.
• A team player, good communication skill, honest & with the RIGHT working attitude
• Mature, responsible, independent & meticulous.
• Possess a positive drive & eager to learn spirit and willing to adapt to changes.
• Able to handle pressure and perform with tight deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when situation arises.
• Possess at least a Class 4 License.
