Responsibilities:
- Operational ManagementDevelop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of various operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Team LeadershipSupervise and manage the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development.
- Resource ManagementOversee the HR and Finance resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
Manage the finance and procurement processes
- Customer ServiceEnsure High levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient operations
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Work with the customer service team to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Finance / Accounting, or a related field
- Experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices
- Required language: English, Chinese and etc
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly with others, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
