Operation Manager

• Responsible for the business performance of all outlets
• Analyze restaurant sales and profitability
• Responsible for developing and maintaining high standards relating to customer service, product quality and cleanliness
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all outlets
• Ensure all operations are in accordance with company's SOPs and safety and health standards
• To forecast the manpower needs and oversee the manpower deployment to ensure smooth outlet operations
• Serve as leadership role model to supervise and motivate outlet staff
• Manage and resolve staff grievances and disciplinary matters
• Oversee outlet and equipment maintenance
• Responsible for setting up of new outlets and other adhoc projects

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 2 years of relevant managerial experience
• Possess strong analytical and good problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Highly meticulous and have an eye for details
• Willingness to work shifts/weekends/evenings to support outlet operations
