Oversee and perform the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations
Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve the outlet's goals
Discuss ideas with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets, assist Area Manager with the implementation of ideas and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales target
Ensure outlet compliance to all company and authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
Ensure outlet compliance to Company's regulations such as sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays and inventory controls
Train and retain outlet staff, provide feedback to the Area Manager on work performance and disciplinary issues
Monitor outlet staff and advise on disciplinary problems such as tardiness and non-adherence to the company's standards
Assist the Area Manager with recruitment and scheduling
Manage inventory levels and train staff with regard to ordering
Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers needs
Represent the company to address customer's complaints and feedback professionally in-store
Assist the Area Manager with regard to maintenance issues for respective outlets
