Operation Manager

This position reports to the director and assist in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high-quality standards, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of operational management .

1.Employee Orientation: Outlet & Stall Familiarization, Operational SOPs & Compliance

2.Overview of the importance of effective inventory management, key concepts: stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory accuracy.Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

3.Budgeting Reporting, Cost Reduction Strategies & Revenue Growth Tactics

4.Team Leadership & Staff Training: Hiring, Training, Retention, Shift Scheduling & Labor Cost Control

5.Operational Efficiency Improvements: Quality Control, Health Standards & Crisis Management
