Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to lead a group of imaging retail stores/locations in Singapore. The ideal candidate is responsible to ensure the operating area achieves the goals including ensuring working environment to Operations Crew, providing world class level guest service and achieving financial targets. Besides, Operation Manager also need to oversight includes Team Leaders and Operations Crew in their duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the day-to-day sales operations duties and provide operational feedback to all support teams.
- Communicate and partner within and across lines of business (other area leaders, peers, Location Planning, vendors, business partners) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage labour forecasting and responsible for increasing the profitability of the location, markdowns/markups, discounts, promotions and event functions. Review plans against business conditions and consumer trends and execute approved adjustment plans.
- Responsible to ensure the operating area achieves financial goals, supervise sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing while adhering to cash protection procedures.
- Plan duty roster in accordance with the prevailing Manpower guidelines and ensure appropriate staffing levels and within the budget.
- Ensure that the operation of the outlet adheres to the prevailing customer service standards.
- Ensure that the visual display and merchandising of products are in accordance with the prevailing guidelines.
- Ensure that the fixed assets in the outlet are well maintained and in good condition. To report if there are any faulty or loss of equipment.
- Monitor and control the movement of equipment and moving stocks to ensure timely receipt of consumables.
- Provide relevant on-the-training for ensuring an environment where guest and team members safety is the first filter in operational decision making. Be a role model to team members and lead by example.
- Provide supervision and coaching to team members, conduct performance reviews with direct reports and help them to improve and grow.
- Organise and facilitate regular staff meetings/ briefings.
- Accountable for operational business decisions and understands when to empower frontline team members and leaders.
- Establish and maintain good interpersonal and working relationships with the Theme Park Management and Tour Guides.
- Manage Park requests and ensure proper communications Pre & Post setup.
