Operation Manager/Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus

• Basic Salary up to $5,500 with yearly increment based on performance.
• Week 1 (6 working days), Week 2 (5 working days), Week 3 (6 working days), Week 4 (5 working days) - Depending on roster basis
• Working timing: 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Operation Manager located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for conducting morning briefings, delegates duties to Team Leaders, and provides budget updates to the Finance Department. They oversee the preparation of monthly schedules, consolidate feedback from teams, families, and clients, and ensure quality control of standards, rituals, and customs. They improve operational systems and processes, review SOPs for efficiency, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies. They manage the welfare and health of operations staff, handle HR matters such as leave approval and overtime, oversee recruitment and interviews, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
