About Us:We are the largest indoor golf club in Singapore, offering a premium golfing experience with a range of services. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Staff member.
Handle reception duties, including taking orders and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the club, including public areas, dining areas, and workspaces.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.- Assist in other operational tasks as required.
Serve customers and assist in the kitchen (light cooking for snack menu).
- Prepare and serve light snacks and beverages.
Basic English communication skills (must).
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (preferred, but not required).
Prior experience in customer service, F&B, or similar roles is a plus.- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time: 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Part-time: Flexible hours available, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.
