Operation Supervisor

We are looking for a Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities in our client's site, located in Pioneer Area. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. This role will be reporting to the Director.

Job Scope :

• Responsible for monitoring and improving performance and ensuring safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment by the warehouse team
• To take charge and supervise a group of workers to prepare finished goods
• To ensure accuracy in documents
• To ensure client's deliveries are met
• Work with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain safety, health, and operational quality standards
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director

Requirements :

• Relevant working experience
• Well-groomed, proactive, and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
