About The Team
As a core member of our LLM Global Data Team, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Gain first-hand experience in understanding the intricacies of training Large Language Models (LLMs) with diverse data sets, and become a leader building and growing a vibrant team together with us!
Your Role Will Involve
- Gaining direct experience in data production processes, including drafting, revising, quality-checking, or performance analysis to understand the synergy between humans and data in LLM training.
- Working closely with the leadership and HR team to design effective feedback loops for accelerating the professional growth of annotation specialists.
- Tracking performance of team members and building training and supporting mechanisms.
- Managing the day-to-day operation process of annotation specialists.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Professional proficiency in English. Multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Excellent leadership experience in operation management, especially with global teams, teams larger than 10 people, and in operations at leading AI/LLM companies.
- Comfort in seeking a balance between employees individual interests and organizational goals.
- A deep interest in LLMs, human behavior, and user experience is essential. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic learner, engaged with diverse case studies and annotators.
