Job Description

Job Description

  • Assist with opening and managing bank accounts.
  • Handle paperwork and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate and arrange logistics for operational activities, such as employee transport, terminal and POS registration.
  • Provide direct support to the COO and CFO and HR Manager.
  • Process and execute license application and renewals (PE license, liquor license etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is a plus.
