Operational and Disciplinary Function Support

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

. Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

. Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students discipline, on a daily basis
• Assist the Discipline team to conduct house visits with school personnel and make follow-up calls to parents.
• Assist Operations Manager in manning and taking charge of the activities in the in-house detention centre, on a daily basis
• Patrol the school premises to ensure orderliness, on a daily basis
• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk
• Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit report
• Conduct spot-checks on students general neatness in apprearance like attire and hair
• Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities (eg. Speech Day, Sport Canival, Level Camps), whenever necessary
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Authority
