They are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join their team. The role offers significant potential for career progression within the company's various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of operational processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across renewable energy projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing lean principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and operational alignment.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in operational excellence, project management, or system integration
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
