Job Description

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate with Operations Team for daily attendance updating, work schedule reports and documents submission
  • Source for potential products and follow up with purchase order process
  • Preparation of Quotation, Work Order, Variation Order
  • Provide administrative support to Operations Team
  • Maintain up-to-date records and filing
  • Perform any other Admin duties assigned

Requirements:-

  • GCE N or O level / Higher NITEC In Business Study
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Outgoing with positive attitude
  • Team Player
  • Meticulous in documentation
  • Preferably staying in the eastern area
  • Candidates who are more experienced may be considered for more senior role
