Job Description

Job scope

  • General administrations & co-ordinations for smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning and adjustment of manpower scheduling.
  • Compile and consolidate manpower strength.
  • Work with human resource on employee development and performance appraisal.
  • Answer employee questions regarding operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Able to swim will be added advantage.

Job requirement

. Diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in operations or administrative support within fast-paced environment.

. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

. Able to communicate well with employees of different profile.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
