To maintain accurate incoming inventory captured in both WMS and ERP system.
To provide support to Customer Service and Shipping Department.
To ensure receiving and outbound KPIs are met accordingly.
To perform inventory matching with outsourced 3PL to ensure inventory accuracy between Labgistics vs outsource 3PL.
To participate and support any internal / external audits with respect to the job scope.
To provide appropriate solutions for customers and follow up to resolve any issues.
To comply with the working schedule of the warehouse operations.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or relevant disciples
3 years of relevant experience in customer service, inventory management and order fulfilment. Prior work experience in trading and distribution companies is preferred.
Experience in export/import shipments such as handling of overseas customers/transactions will be advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Hands-on in ERP system such as Navision, SAP, Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
