Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily business operations
Handle day-to-day transactions/invoices & payment processing -
- Inward/outwatd remittance
- Inward/outward e-Giro
- Cash & Clearing
Manage email correspondence and follow up
Prepare quotations & delivery orders for clients
Collect docments from clients
Handle phone calls
Maintain proper record / filing
Support in general administrative duties
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
Singaporean
Candidate must possess business Degree or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Execellent verbal communications skills and ability to converse in English & Mandarin (to liaise with counterparts)
Customer Service Oriented & Good Interpersonal Skills
Able to work independently
