Role and Responsibilities_
Conduct routine building inspections to pinpoint maintenance and safety concerns.
Organize and carry out preventive and corrective repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts while managing schedules.
Address maintenance emergencies promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
Evaluate and present quotations for management approval, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Requirements_
Diploma or equivalent in facilities & estate management.
Preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
Computer literate in MS office applications and ability to interpret as-built drawings and schematics for building and electrical services.
The position entails working on weekends/after office hours, with compensatory off-days during the work week.
