Individual to be involved in:
1.Sales Planning: Create detailed sales plans and forecasts, ensuring they are aligned with operational capabilities and market demands.
2. Store Operations:
(a) Providing customer advice and assistance with excellent product knowledge
(b) Driving sales and growing customer base
(c) Receiving and processing stocks and maintaining good store inventory
(d) Managing POS systems for cashiering and stock control
(e) Participating and effectuating promotions and marketing events to meet sales targets.
(f) Address customer complaints and concerns related to sales and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
(g) Collect and analyze feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve products or services
3.Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns related to sales and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
4.Team Training: Provide training and development opportunities for sales and operations teams to enhance their skills and performance.
5.Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in customer preferences to adjust sales and operational strategies accordingly.
6.Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve products or services.
7. Warehouse Operations:
(a) Prepare documentations, pack and deliver stocks to shops
(b) Update and maintain accurate inventory record, conduct regular count and report discrepancies
(c) Reorganise and repack regularly to optimize warehouse space utilisation
(d) Unload shipment receipt, count, inspect and shelf incoming inventory in timely and careful manner
(e) Oversee inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales forecasts, manage stock levels, and reduce excess inventory
