Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Cargo & Container Leasing
Position Title: Operations Assistant
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday
- 30 AM 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Responsible for independently handling all requests for tanks that are leased to customers- Supporting the Operations department with creating POs and SOs, processing reports, performing stock checks and filing
Supporting/arranging schedules with surveyors, depots and transport companies
- Assist with monthly invoicing
Build and maintain a working relationship with the service providers, subcontractors and suppliers- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Diploma in Engineering, Administration, Facility Management or equivalent- Has a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably at a tank container depot
Proficient in MS Office and has experience with ERP systems
