Emergency Response: Respond promptly to breakdown calls inside/ outside regular office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotation basis.
Repair and Maintenance: Perform on-the-spot repairs and/or check-over such as replacing batteries, fixing flat tires, jump-starting vehicles, addressing minor mechanical issues.
Towing and Replacement Coordination: Arrange towing services and/or vehicle replacement when repairs cannot be completed on-site and ensure vehicles are transported to a designated repair facility.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used for billing and administrative purposes.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of repair procedures, estimated timelines, and costs involved.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs on-site, ensuring the work environment is safe for both the mechanic and customers.
Vehicle Preventive Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of rental vehicles to identify potential issues before they escalate into breakdowns.
Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors to ensure smooth coordination of breakdown responses.
Availability: Maintain availability during scheduled on-call shifts and be prepared to respond to multiple breakdown calls efficiently.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve complex mechanical issues under pressure.
Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, repair standards, and customer interactions.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in automotive technology and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job requirements:
Valid CLASS 3 driver's license with more than 1 year
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Basic proficiency in automotive related devices and equipment
