Operations Assistant (Counter Clerk)
The incumber is responsible for updating container movements and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manning the Container Depot Counter area by providing timely and efficient coordination to internal and external parties.
Responsibilities
. Update container movements.
. Perform data entry and maintain proper filling system.
. Collecting cash and issuing receipt.
. Liaise with external parties with issues pertaining to releasing/ pick-up of containers.
. Liaise internally to ensure smooth operations.
. Any adhoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
No working experience are welcome to apply as long as you fulfil the following requirements:
. PC literate
. Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
. Demonstrate ability to handle work independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
. Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
. Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
. Willing to perform OT
