International Logistics and Freight Forwarding operator based in Singapore is looking for a candidate for an Operations assistant executive cum customers care position open now.
- Key Duties, Roles & Responsibilities*:
Act as the first point of contact for customers inquiries, addressing their logistics needs and concerns and cooperate with staff to handle Customers enquiries.
Job file creation and preparation of all documents for submission to customers and internal filing.
Responsible for invoice creation and accountable / keep track of sub-contractor/ suppliers bills (invoices) based on per job basis.
Timely respond to customers inquiries and requests for quotations and informations
Perform data entry, job creation, billing, general administrative or other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned within the operations department
To assist Operations Department and Manager on special projects assigned and provide backup to other office team when necessary.
To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
Education and Experience - GCE N or O Level ore higher education
Experience in the Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics business will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Able to converse in English
