We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Operations Command Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Manage the issue and return process for mobile and tablet devices.
Monitor CCTV systems for security and operational purposes.
Perform regular data backups from CCTV systems and ensure data integrity.
Maintain clear and constant communication with project teams, ensuring all relevant information is disseminated promptly.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving mobile and tablet device issues.
Keep detailed records of device management and CCTV monitoring activities.
Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure smooth operations.
Report any incidents or anomalies observed in CCTV footage to the appropriate personnel.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations command environment.
Strong technical skills, particularly with mobile and tablet devices.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and data backup procedures.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Basic understanding of IT and operations command processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
